Had a solid workout last night! Overhead squats are getting better and better. Three sets of ten at 75 lbs was easy peasy! My deadlifts are feeling and looking great! Three sets of five at 286 lbs felt tough but well within my capabilities. I suspect my one rep max on the deadlift is around 375 lbs right now, which is 50 lbs heavier than a year ago and is fairly respectable for a 170 lb guy. I should be deadlifting 400 sometime this year!

Finished the session with a seven minute no rest circuit of kettlebell push presses and sit ups. I finished seven rounds of five push presses and six rounds of 15 sit ups without missing a beat! Not too shabby!
