Due to the recent dpreciation of dollar to naira,the Nigeria banks are really taking advantage of customers.On 27/12/2015, I called one of the Nigeria banks customer care to ask for exchange rate,i was told that $1 is #286.I also called the BDC(black marketers) and I was told that $1 is #264.If Nigeria banks that were suppose to charge customers base on official rate imposed by CBN are violating the order,the CBN should look into this issues and make sure that customers are fairly treated .I also made online transaction which I was charge $1 to #254,it happens that this transaction wasn't successful and my money was refunded back,to my greatest surprise,this bank that charges me $1 to #254 when I did the transaction now paid me $1 to #196 within the interval of one day.If Nigeria banks that are suppose to treat customer fairly are taking advantage of their customers.Please the federal government and CBN should look into this issue and make sure that customers are fairly treated by the Nigeria banks.
